Policy
If Barker Behavior could waive a magic wand and promise your pooch problems would be fixed in a finite timeframe, they would do it faster than a happy Golden’s tail wags. However, dogs are living, breathing, sentient beings and it is neither feasible nor fair to say how quickly or well your dog will respond to behavioral modification or training techniques. Barker Behavior, Inc. is committed to 'do no harm' to you or your canine and will always offer solutions that are kind and humane. They will work with you to gage your commitment to resolving your furry best friend’s issues. Results are largely based on amount of time spent practicing modification tools, management of triggers and other situational nuances. If at the time of service you are not pleased with the approach or methods, they will gladly refund your money. Unfortunately, due to the above mentioned factors, refunds will not be given after services rendered.

Class policies
Prepayment is required for all training classes. Vaccination records must be submitted prior to the first class.

Refund: Due to limited space, no refunds will be given after the first session of class attendance or if cancelled within a week of class start date. If you have a medical emergency, we will work with you to move to another class or to receive private consultation for remaining class credit. If you move classes for other reasons, transfer and/prorated class fees may apply.

Attendance: Class duration is kept short to accommodate busy schedules, kindly plan accordingly as we build on behaviors form one week to the next. If an emergency arises and you must miss a class, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early the following week to see brief demonstrations of previous week's new cues. If you are unable to attend at least 65% of the weekly classes for non-emergency reasons, your dog will not be considered a graduate of that class.
